We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of our B2B platform. In this role, you’ll join the Collab group, working as part of a cross-functional squad alongside product managers, engineers, analysts, and other designers.

You’ll take full ownership of the design process — from uncovering user needs and surfacing hidden opportunities to ideating, prototyping, and designing intuitive, visually polished solutions. You’ll also play a key role in building feedback loops that help the product evolve and deliver meaningful impact.

Our team works as a startup within the organization, and this role can help shape our future and lead complete new journeys. You will have the opportunity to work closely with customers GTM team, as well as product managers and developers.

What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end product design: research, ideation, flows, wireframes, visual design
  • Design intuitive, user-centered solutions in a data-rich B2B environment.
  • Translate complex workflows into accessible product experiences
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and fellow designers
  • Work directly with customers, prospects and Sales teams
  • Facilitate design reviews, usability tests, and continuous iteration
  • Contribute to the Design System and design culture at large scale

What you have

  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products end-to-end
  • Background in B2B or complex systems
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and refined UI execution
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems
  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to lead projects A-Z

Bonus Points

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant program (Visual Communications, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, HCI)
  • Experience designing data tools, analytics platforms, or marketing technologies
  • Recommended by an AppsFlyer employee
