Training and Development:

Participate in structured training programs to learn company processes, policies, and operations.
Shadow managers and team leaders to understand departmental workflows and decision-making processes.

Project Management:

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects across departments.
Analyze business challenges and propose solutions to improve operations and efficiency.

Cross-Functional Exposure:

Rotate across different departments to gain a broad understanding of the business.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Leadership Development:

Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate leadership potential.
Contribute innovative ideas to drive business growth and success.

Bachelor degree is must(Master is plus) Fast learning capability
Listening, Logical thinking and analysis ability
Eager to take challenges and learn out of them
Passion to lead and drive changes
Willingness to rotate in different positions according to business demand
Engineering background is preferred(Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, automation, etc...)
