Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Work model: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid
- Act as the technical lead for all engineering disciplines across Combined Cycle Power Station (CCPP) projects, ensuring activities are executed efficiently in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards.
- Provide end-to-end technical leadership covering electrical, protection, automation, and safety-related scopes, with deep knowledge of Gas Turbine (GT), Steam Turbine (ST), HRSG, and Balance of Plant (BOP) systems.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (both in-house and outsourced) across the full project lifecycle, from contract receipt through to technical completion and project closure.
- Engage with customers, contractors, and suppliers; attend and present at project meetings; resolve outstanding technical issues and manage engineering changes to meet contractual obligations.

Qualifications for the Role
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project engineering within power generation, energy, or industrial automation sectors.
- Deep knowledge of Combined Cycle Power Station (CCPP) systems including Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, HRSG, and Balance of Plant.
- Hands-on experience with ABB control and safety platforms, and electrical protection systems.
- Strong understanding of safety and cybersecurity regulations, engineering standards, and full project lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams of up to 10 members.
- A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement across complex technical environments.
