The Position

Deja tu Huella - Healthcare Solutions Intern (Centro Ecosystem)

What do we offer?

To be part of a new cohort of the Roche-CEU San Pablo postgraduate degree as an expert in the Pharmaceutical Industry. 11 months of internships at Roche where you will participate in challenging projects and benefit from pioneering postgraduate training in the market about the pharmaceutical industry.

You will have the opportunity to get on-the-job training by working on key projects with your designated department from Monday to Thursday and attend in person postgraduate classes at the university on Friday.

Our main location is Madrid, we are open to applications from all over Spain but relocation will be needed as part of the program expectations. Office attendance is expected (with some flexibility) to enjoy the connection to our colleagues, network and get exposure.

Last but not least, you will have mentorship by a Roche tutor who will give you continuous feedback to develop your professional skills. The mentors for the program are Roche’s senior and experienced young talent development professionals.

Purpose of this internship?
 

The objective of this internship is to provide strategic and operational support to the Healthcare Solutions team within the Centro Ecosystem, contributing to the efficiency of Patient Journey Partners (PJPs) and supporting the development of future talent within the organization.

The intern will gain hands-on exposure to project management, customer interaction dynamics, and healthcare ecosystem collaboration, while learning directly from experienced PJPs and cross-functional teams.

This role is designed as a career accelerator where the intern will not only support operational activities, but also understand the strategic rationale behind business decisions, contributing with new perspectives, digital agility, and innovative ways of working.

What would be your main responsibilities as an intern?
 

The intern will be integrated into the Healthcare Solutions team activities, contributing to operational excellence and project coordination within the Centro Ecosystem.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the administrative and operational follow-up of active projects within the area.

  • Monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination activities.

  • Preparing reports and tracking performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in stakeholder interaction and project execution.

  • Supporting PJPs in cross-functional initiatives and customer engagement activities.

  • Contributing with new methodologies and innovative approaches to improve team collaboration and operational efficiency.

  • Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and strategic materials for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Learning about healthcare ecosystem dynamics, negotiation mechanisms, and customer relationship management within the pharmaceutical industry.

What are we looking for in this position?

Recent graduates or university students who will obtain their degree in the summer, preferably in Healthcare Sciences, Economics, Engineering, or Marketing.

We are looking for proactive, analytical, and curious candidates with strong interpersonal skills and motivation to learn in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Desired skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

  • Proactivity, adaptability, and high learning agility.

  • Analytical and organizational mindset with attention to detail.

  • Advanced level of English and Spanish.

  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365 tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and project management methodologies.

  • Interest in healthcare innovation, business strategy, and customer engagement models.

  • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.

  • Availability for occasional travel within the Centro area if required.

  • Passion for improving patients’ lives and contributing to innovative healthcare solutions.

  • Commitment to dedicate yourself full time to the program from September 2026 to August 2027.

  • For international students, have a valid NIE or work permit in Spain.
