The Position
岗位职责：
- 协助收集和整理SHE部门的订单信息，汇总费用使用情况，协助追踪预算进度。
- 协助整理部门日常文档、报告及体系文件、扫描和电子化归档，保持部门档案整洁、便于检索。
- 协助部门会议的会议室预订等行政事务支持，协助梳理、记录会议纪要。
- 协助支持组织SHE相关的员工活动的后勤筹备。
- 完成主管交办的其他工作。
