Overview

This role is responsible for delivering digital marketing content and activity for the UK&I region, supporting business growth plans and regional marketing priorities.
Working as part of the Global Social Media team, the Digital Marketing Specialist focuses on bringing UK&I marketing plans to life through high-quality digital content and campaigns. The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, with responsibility for executing organic and paid social media activity, supporting digital campaigns, and managing day-to-day content across key platforms.
While the role sits within a global team and benefits from global best practice, tools and training, the focus of this role is exclusively on the UK&I region. Strategic direction and prioritisation are led by the Global Social Media Lead and wider marketing teams.

Your role

• Create, edit and publish digital content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Manage and maintain content calendars aligned to UK&I priorities.
• Support the setup and optimisation of paid social campaigns.
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
• Build and update landing pages using CMS platforms and basic HTML.
• Track and report on performance metrics and campaign outcomes.
• Collaborate with UK&I stakeholders to deliver digital aspects of market plans.
• Ensure all activity follows brand guidelines and governance.

About you

Required

• Experience in digital marketing or social media.
• Experience with organic and paid social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience using CMS platforms.
• Basic HTML knowledge.
• Experience with scheduling tools, Canva, and basic video editing.
• Ability to analyse performance data.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

• Experience with email marketing or microsites.
• Knowledge of SEO and user journeys.
• Experience with paid media platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics tools.
• Experience in B2B or professional services.
• Broader coding knowledge.
