Strategic Relationship Management with GADs (Front)
- Take a pivotal leadership role in building, developing, and sustaining robust, trusted relationships with GADs. Serve as the primary strategic liaison between GADs and the CAO, championing seamless, transparent, and impactful communication that drives business alignment and strengthens the organization’s external influence.
- Spearhead the design, planning, and execution of CAO engagement with GADs, fully owning high-profile business trips (GA visits), and Agency events and meetings. Ensure that each engagement maximizes strategic value, reinforces leadership presence, and advances organizational objectives.
- Personally engage with GADs ahead of business trips, and accompany the CAO and senior leadership, acting as the principal coordinator and interpreter. Drive the preparation of meeting summaries and ensure rigorous follow-through on action items with GAM, reinforcing accountability and strategic outcomes.
GAD Management & Initiatives (Back)
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with GAM and key departments to proactively track, monitor, and report critical GAD issues and resolutions. Ensure timely closure and professional delivery of follow-up actions, reinforcing operational excellence and strategic progress.
- Take the lead or play a key role in major strategic initiatives and transformative projects, in partnership with GAM and Agency Transformation, to elevate GAD performance, governance, and operational efficiency (e.g., EXCO x GADs Call program). Contributions directly impact the agency’s innovation, scalability, and industry leadership.
Internal Leadership Governance & Organizational Alignment
- Drive end-to-end alignment and execution excellence for all CEO and EXCO engagements with the Agency Division, acting as the central orchestration point for Agency events and other BAU matters.
- Own executive-level protocol and engagement standards for Agency events, ensuring leadership intent and corporate image are consistently upheld by taking full accountability for VIP guest management (Group visitors, GADs etc), ensuring professional, and executive-standard experience
- Lead and institutionalize engagement between the CAO and Agency Division staff—the largest division with over 400 members—by owning and overseeing AD-wide engagement platforms, including AD Townhalls, AD Conferences, direct reports sessions, and skip-level catch-ups.
- Represent the CAO in selected internal and cross-functional engagements, exercising delegated decision-making authority within pre-aligned scopes (e.g. approval matrix, POA, travel and reimbursement policies, office services and etc)
Strategic Partner to CAO
- Act as CAO’s principal strategic confidant and trusted custodian of highly sensitive and confidential matters, providing independent, rigorous, and candid counsel on people-related issues and organizational effectiveness across the Agency Division (AD), including the design and optimization of processes and frameworks to drive efficiency, accountability, and scalability
- Own and safeguard the CAO’s executive positioning by setting and enforcing standards for accuracy, coherence, and professionalism across leadership messaging, visuals, and internal communications, ensuring consistent representation of the CAO’s intent, credibility, and leadership image.
- Proactively review, challenge, and refine proposals, papers, and recommendations before submission to the CAO for approval, ensuring accuracy and feasibility
- Drive and govern execution in CAO-led meetings with AD SLGs, owning end-to-end decision capture, action tracking, and delivery commitments, and holding stakeholders accountable for disciplined follow-through
Executive Leverage & Time Management
- Command and control the CAO’s calendar as a strategic leadership lever, pre-screening topics, conducting pre-meetings with working teams, and making prioritization decisions on behalf of the CAO to ensure time allocation consistently reflects the most critical business priorities.
- Other administrative and coordination responsibilities, including end-to-end logistics and expatriate-related services.
- Other tasks to support CAO per alignment
