Delacon is a profitable Australian software business operating in the call intelligence and conversation analytics market. Founded in 2003 and acquired by Volaris Group in 2023, the company provides AI-enabled call tracking, attribution and analytics solutions to more than 500 customers across financial services, insurance, healthcare, automotive, travel and other regulated sectors.

Today, Delacon generates approximately US$5 million in revenue, employs approximately 37 people across Australia and India, and operates with a strong recurring revenue base and established customer footprint. The next stage of growth is focused on scaling the business towards US$10 million to US$15 million in revenue.

Following the promotion of the incumbent CEO/General Manager into a broader AI leadership role within the Volaris portfolio, Delacon is seeking a new Chief Executive Officer / General Manager to lead the next phase of growth.

The Opportunity


Reporting to the Global COO of Volaris Martech, key priorities will include:


  • Accelerating profitable growth from Delacon's current revenue base of approximately US$5 million
  • Building the strategy, systems and commercial discipline required to scale towards US$10 million to US$15 million in revenue
  • Strengthening customer retention and revenue predictability across a base of more than 500 customers
  • Enhancing go-to-market effectiveness, pipeline quality, pricing strategy and commercial execution
  • Expanding revenue opportunities across existing customers, enterprise accounts and channel partnerships
  • Continuing the evolution of Delacon's AI-enabled products, analytics capabilities and customer value proposition
  • Leading and developing a team of approximately 37 people across Australia and India
  • Maintaining the culture, trust and momentum established within the business

About You


To be successful in this role, you will likely bring:


  • Previous CEO, General Manager or comparable business leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ownership of a full P&L, including revenue, profitability, forecasting and cash performance
  • Experience scaling software, SaaS or technology businesses through a comparable growth phase
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue, customer retention and customer expansion models
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, product, customer success and technology
  • A track record of translating technology, product and AI-enabled capability into measurable commercial outcomes
  • Strong commercial acumen, growth orientation and strategic leadership capability
  • Experience within Martech, AdTech, telecommunications, call analytics or adjacent sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
