The Challenge
The People Experience & Development (PXD) team at OneTrust is hiring a Senior People Programs Partner based in Atlanta, GA.
PXD owns the core programs that shape what it’s like to work at OneTrust for employees around the world—from our company values and employee value proposition to onboarding, learning and development, career growth, performance reviews, engagement surveys, and in‑office experiences. Together, these programs create a connected, meaningful employee experiences and help make OneTrust a great place to work.
Your Mission
This role designs and delivers OneTrust’s career growth ecosystem, helping employees understand how to grow through clear career frameworks, internal mobility, a talent marketplace, and mentoring. The focus is on making career growth structured, practical, and aligned to business needs.
You Will
Below are a list of core responsibilities and area of focus:
Career Architecture
- Support the design, documentation, and rollout of career progressions across job families and functions to enable consistent role clarity and growth expectations.
- Partner closely with Total Rewards to align career architecture with job benchmarking, leveling, and job structures, ensuring consistency between career frameworks and compensation foundations.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to translate career architecture into clear, practical guidance for employees and managers.
- Help ensure alignment between career architecture and related people's processes, including performance enablement, talent review, and internal mobility.
Career Growth Framework
- Build and maintain a clear, scalable career growth framework that connects skills, experiences, and development pathways across roles and levels.
- Translate concepts into simple, accessible tools and artifacts that employees and managers can use in meaningful career conversations.
- Partner with Learning & Development and HRBPs to ensure the framework informs development planning, learning pathways, and talent decisions.
- Evolve the framework over time based on business needs, functional feedback, and organizational maturity.
Career Programs & Manager Enablement
- Design, coordinate, and manage career growth programs such as stretch assignments, internal gigs, mentoring, and job shadowing.
- Establish clear program approaches, governance, and operating models to ensure equitable access, clarity of roles, and scalable administration.
- Develop manager tools, guides, and resources that enable high‑quality career and development conversations.
- Drive adoption through effective change management, communications, and partnership with HRBPs and people leaders.
You Are
- 8+ years of relevant experience in human resources/people organization focusing on talent management & career development
- Prior experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or IT-specific software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, and other related fields.
- Experience supporting career frameworks, internal mobility, or talent development programs
- Strong program execution and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Ability to translate concepts into simple, usable tools
- Comfortable operating in evolving, build‑and‑scale environmentsgorustawsaidataproductdesign
