Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and invoicing with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to order status, shipping issues, inventory availability, and delivery schedules.
• Resolve customer issues regarding returns, exchanges, and damaged goods in a timely and professional manner.
• Investigate order‑related or inventory issues and provide effective solutions to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Partner with warehouse and shipping teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and discrepancies, coordinating with warehouse personnel to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with logistics, shipping, and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2–4 years of experience in customer service or a related role preferred, ideally within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Prior experience with order entry and/or invoicing processes preferred.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and customer service processes.
• Ability to perform routine tasks under direct supervision, handling standard customer inquiries while escalating more complex issues as needed.
