How you’ll make an impact 

As a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll be at the centre of crossfunctional collaboration, partnering closely with business leaders and Agile delivery teams to streamline and strengthen the Allowance for Credit Loss (ACL) process. You’ll help shape decisions, simplify intricate business processes, and translate complex technical needs into solutions that truly make a difference. 

Apply your strengths in requirements management, user story development and business analysis to deliver solutions that drive meaningful change while working within FCC’s modern AWS data warehouse environment.

What you’ll do 

  • Support the ACL process from start to finish 

  • Triage, analyze and refine backlog items, preparing clear user stories and requirements 

  • Support backlog prioritization, process automation and ensure high-quality product increments are delivered on schedule 

  • Uncover business needs through analysis and inquiry, beyond initial stakeholder requests 

  • Facilitate problem-solving and solution negotiations, fostering alignment and continuous improvement 

  • Plan, prioritize and deliver work within agreed timelines by balancing scope, dependencies and tradeoffs while adapting to change 

  • Ensure high quality of development and solutions prior to product increment release 

What you’ll bring to the team 

Required qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, computer science, finance or a related field 

  • Minimum four years of experience in business analysis or product analysis 

  • Extensive knowledge of systems analysis and design concepts 

  • Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis and writing user stories 

  • In-depth knowledge of data warehouses, including AWS 

  • Strong data background paired with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure data is wellunderstood, trusted and effectively used in delivery. 

  • Ability to coach and mentor others on the team 

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of building queries in AWS RedShift 

  • Familiarity with Agile principles 

  • Previous experience with ACL 

  • Previous experience with SAS 

  • Leadership experience (formal or informal)   

  • Lending business knowledge
