Description

As an Engineering Program Specialist (EPS), your goals are to drive Material Clear-to-Build, resolve all supply chain logistic issues without impacting the project schedule, and provide logistic solutions to the project team. - Track point-to-point delivery of engineering bill of materials (BOM) - Identify and resolve supply issues, including customs delays, logistics constraints, and material shortages - Oversee and ensure production material readiness for Clear-to-Build (CTB) - Drive daily supply readiness to support program milestones - Establish and optimize logistics processes across global supply chains - Communicate logistics status and risks across cross-functional and global teams

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any Engineering or Supply Chain management field or equivalent Proficiency in both oral and written communication in English and Mandarin A minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain management within an electronics manufacturing environment, with a focus on material management and logistics.
