Overview
We are seeking a Manager, Campaign Management who will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of local and regional digital content campaigns for WPP Media. This role requires a strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive leader who ensures campaigns are seamlessly implemented, optimized, and aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
As a manager-level role, you will oversee multiple campaigns and projects, guide junior team members, and act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders to drive the success of our digital content and influencer initiatives.

Responsibilities Include
Campaign Strategy & Management
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of local and regional digital content campaigns to ensure delivery against KPIs and client objectives.
- Translate client briefs and business goals into clear campaign plans, timelines, and execution frameworks.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, updates, and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with brand teams, agency planners, content creators, digital publishers, influencers, and media vendors to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Manage expectations and resolve issues proactively to maintain strong client relationships.
Project & Team Leadership
- Oversee multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of campaign content and materials before publishing.
- Guide, mentor, and support Campaign Management Executives to ensure consistent delivery standards and professional development.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Review and analyze campaign performance data, translating results into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Lead the preparation of campaign reports and post-campaign reviews for clients, highlighting performance, learnings, and next steps.
