- Direct, coordinate, and supervise all program operations, including clinical services, program planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Ensure care is person-centered and trauma-informed in accordance with the program’s Operating Certificate and the clinical needs of clients.
- Represent RUMC in the community, collaborating with public and voluntary service agencies.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, NYS, and NYC laws, regulations, and program standards.
- Facilitate regular staff meetings, including training, case presentations, and group supervision.
- Provide ongoing staff supervision and consultation as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with psychiatrists, nurses, clinicians, and physicians involved in client care.
- Ensure adherence to RUMC policies and New York State Mental Hygiene laws regarding patient care, clinical records, child abuse reporting, HIPAA regulations, and related standards.
- Monitor staff productivity, record compliance, outreach policy, and treatment reviews.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- LCSW or LMHC-D licensure required
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in a behavioral health or clinical program setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of person-centered, trauma-informed care practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and with external agencies.
