This Position reports to:

Marketing & Sales Manager


 

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

This role is contributing to the

You will be mainly accountable for: Motion Business for Drive products division, based in Ahmedabad India.
  • Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
  • Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
  • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
  • Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
  • Support Sales Team in Ahmedabad Region on package solution offering, identifying potential Opportunities take full ownership from Pre-sales till Proof of concept by collaborating with multiple stake holders in process.
  • Develop OEM specific account conversion plan together with cluster FES. Focus is on HUNT OEMs.
  • Year on year double digit growth in serial and machinery OEMs performance, Meeting budget of ass clusters (Gujarat) in serial and machinery OEMs.
  • Directly accountable for top 50 large targeted OEMs in specified clusters


Qualifications for the role
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Driving systematic business growth in alignment with strategic pricing and channel policies
  • Collaborating closely with demanding OEMs, providing end-to-end support to strengthen partner-ships
  • Consistently achieving quarterly targets, reflecting strong performance and market responsiveness
  • Building and nurturing customer relationships through 30–35 strategic meetings per month
  • Full time BE or B.Tech in ELE
