Responsibilities:

• Administrative support in all HR-related tasks (e.g., preparation of employment contracts, personnel communications, works council hearings, and much more)

• Administration of personnel development measures

• Active support in various recruiting and onboarding processes

• Active support in the further development of our HR processes

• Active support for selected topics and projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a degree program such as business administration, business education, or a comparable degree program, ideally with a focus on human resources management, labor law, or education

• Initial experience in a working student position is desirable, ideally in the field of human resources or labor law

• Independent, committed, reliable, and meticulous way of working

• Confident and assured manner

• Quick comprehension, initiative, trustworthiness, and a high sense of responsibility combined with excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office programs

• Good written and spoken German and English skills
