利用微服务创建大规模的分布式系统
应用我们的技术雷达的最新技术思路解决客户的问题
有效地利用DevOps工具和实践来构建和部署软件
你将监督或参与软件咨询和交付的整个周期，从构思到部署，以及期间的所有事情
充分利用你的技术知识和领导技能，指导缺乏缺乏经验的同事

我们的要求

技术技能

5年以上工作经验，精通两种或两种以上语言(c#、Ruby、Java、Javascript等)，熟悉OO
能够熟练地编写高质量的代码，有良好的编程风格
熟悉敏捷方法，如极限编程(XP)、Scrum和看板

专业技能

影响他人，提倡技术上的卓越，同时在需要的时候保持开放的态度
加强在外部社区的影响力，通过演讲、开源贡献、博客等方式，主动与他人分享你的专业知识
