1. 辦公設施（空調、電力、消防相關設施、衛生間）改造、專案規劃（AutoCAD）和執行。
2. 負責相關供應商和費用的管理。

1. 定期檢查客戶樓層內的通訊室/電氣室和其他機電設施；在預定的檢查表中記錄所有信息。
2. 對通訊室和其他樓層與運營相關的機電服務提供即時回應和支持。
3. 協助處理所有常規機電問題，並提供降低風險的建議。
4. 協調一般維修要求、修理和現場檢查。
5. 及時、專業地回應客戶投訴。
6. 定期檢查設備以識別問題。
7. 在預防性維護期間進行供應商管理和監督，包括承包商現場簡報。
8. 協助管理供應商進行任務的訪問控制。
9. 保持補充庫存記錄並支持BMS操作。
10. 支持購買消耗品如燈具和管件，以確保充足庫存。
11. 執行木工、電力、通風、水和排水的基本故障排除。
12. 協助活動設置，包括擺放椅子和桌子。
13. 遵守EHS規定，使用安全工具、工作平台和個人防護設備。
14. 能夠獨立工作並處理緊急呼叫，具備計算機技能為佳。
15. 按要求自行執行成本節省計劃。
16. 確保在日常運營中始終保持適當的著裝和有禮貌的態度。
