Learning Lead - PIT Trainer

Your Opportunity, Your Team

• The Learning Lead supports HSN by delivering PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) equipment training and providing on‑the‑floor development that strengthens team member performance across the fulfillment center.

Where You'll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, TN location each day. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
  • You will report to the Learning Manager.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm

What You'll Do

• Provide hands‑on PIT equipment instruction to ensure each team member is trained and able to operate equipment safely, and verify ongoing compliance with certification requirements.
• Develop training materials, job aids, and learning tools to ensure accuracy, and clarity.
• Partner with the Learning Manager to identify performance gaps, recommend training interventions, and support process‑change rollouts.
• Maintain training records, track learning activities, and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company and OSHA standards.

What You'll Bring

• 1–2 years of fulfillment center experience preferred, with familiarity across multiple roles or departments.
• 3+ years of experience operating PIT equipment and the ability to train team members safely.
• Knowledge of computer systems (Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, PowerPoint)
• High school diploma or equivalent
