AI-Native Senior Quality Tester

We are seeking an AI-Native Senior Quality Tester to redefine how we ensure the excellence of our digital experiences. In this role, you will go beyond traditional testing by leveraging artificial intelligence to predict defects, automate complex analysis, and optimize the quality of our public portals, internal applications, and agents. You will be at the forefront of our "AI-first" mission, driving our AI-first approach to software quality. within our Digital team.

We think you’ll be a good fit if you have:

• AI-Augmented Testing Mindset: A proactive desire to integrate AI tools (like Claude, Gemini, UiPath, and OutSystems Mentor) into the software testing lifecycle. You possess hands-on experience with prompt engineering to craft precise queries that improve the speed and accuracy of test generation and data synthesis.
• Agile & Agentic Expertise: Strong experience in modern Agile methodologies, with a specialized interest in testing AI agents and non-deterministic workflows.
• Analytical Rigor: Excellent problem-solving skills with a "no silos" collaborative approach to identify and mitigate risks before they reach production.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of standard tools (Jira, Xray) combined with a functional understanding of AI and its application in QA workflows.
• Testing Certifications: Certification in quality assurance or testing (e.g., ISTQB) is valued, especially the Certified Tester AI Testing (CT-AI) Version 2.0
• Experience:  Minimum 4 years of experience in quality testing, preferably in an engineering or technology-focused company.
• Skills:  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Continuous Innovation: A critical mindset that constantly challenges the status quo by asking "why" and seeking AI-driven improvements.

In this role, you will:

• Orchestrate AI Quality: Design and execute test strategies that leverage AI to analyze user stories or other AI-created artifacts and generate high-impactful test cases to be further executed with both quality and speed 
• Drive Quality Intelligence: Use a "quality intelligence ecosystem" to track performance metrics and use AI-driven insights to mitigate architectural and security risks.
• Collaborate Across the AI Stack: Collaborate and liaise with multiple teams - Digital Transformation, AI Teams, Service Delivery, and Engineering- inside the organization in order to build superior quality software for customers - internal and external.
• Shift-Left with AI: Be a champion for early validation, using AI-powered tools to identify bottlenecks in the development lifecycle process, product functionality or usability, and performance during the design phase.
