As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) Manager, you will lead a high-performing team focused on helping customers maximize the value of their Microsoft investments. Combining strong business acumen, technical expertise, and people leadership, you will coach your team to deliver customer-centric solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing the Success Programs Customer Success Unit (CSU) mission by enabling your team to achieve impact across customer engagements. As a leader, you will embody Microsoft’s Model, Coach, Care philosophy—cultivating a culture of accountability, growth, inclusion, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
Drive Customer Success & Business Growth
- Lead teams to accelerate customer adoption, consumption, and value realization across Microsoft Cloud, Security, Data & AI, and Unified solutions.
- Partner with customers and senior stakeholders to identify strategic business opportunities and transformation initiatives.
- Drive cross-solution growth by expanding usage, consumption, and long-term customer investment in Microsoft technologies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, influencing technology strategy, architecture decisions, and business outcomes.
Deliver Technical & Operational Excellence
- Ensure consistent execution of Microsoft delivery methodologies, governance standards, and operational best practices.
- Lead teams in removing technical and business blockers, mitigating risks, and accelerating deployment and customer success.
- Drive scalable, repeatable solutions that improve customer outcomes, operational readiness, security, resiliency, and performance.
- Maintain excellence across pipeline management, forecasting, execution, and business accountability.
Build Executive Relationships
- Develop trusted relationships with technical and business decision makers, including CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and other executive stakeholders.
- Represent the voice of the customer across Microsoft by sharing feedback, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Influence product direction, innovation priorities, and solution development through customer and industry insights.
Lead Innovation & Technical Strategy
- Drive technical readiness, AI innovation, security expertise, and continuous learning across the organization.
- Leverage industry trends, competitive insights, and market signals to shape future capabilities and customer strategies.
- Champion thought leadership through customer engagements, technical communities, and industry events.
- Foster innovation by developing scalable frameworks, best practices, and intellectual property that accelerate customer success.
People Leadership
- Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing team through Microsoft's Model, Coach, Care leadership framework.
- Create an inclusive, growth-oriented culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
- Attract, retain, and grow top talent while driving strong business and customer outcomes.
