About the role
Threat Intelligence Analyst
As a Threat Intelligence Analyst you’ll play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cyber threats targeting Nasdaq’s systems, data, and critical financial services. This role supports Nasdaq's InfoSec by monitoring threat activity, conducting in depth analysis, and providing actionable insights to reduce risk.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor internal and external threat intelligence sources to identify emerging threats relevant to Nasdaq and the financial sector.
Analyze security events, indicators of compromise (IOCs), and suspicious activity to determine threat severity and potential impact.
Produce timely, clearly articulated threat reports, alerts, and recommendations for security teams and business stakeholders.
Support incident response activities through threat research, adversary profiling, and forensic data analysis.
Maintain awareness of threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) affecting financial institutions.
Collaborate with InfoSec, Global Technology, and Risk teams to enhance detection capabilities and reduce attack surfaces.
Required Qualifications
Education (at least BSc) and experience in technology or cybersecurity related disciplines.
High degree of organization and reliability.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Cybersecurity or technology audit certifications (CISSP, CCSP, CISA/CISM, etc.) are a big plus.
Familiarity with common cybersecurity attack frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP)
Familiarity with common controls frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, NIST 800-53).
Experience with SIEM, threat intelligence platforms, and malware analysis tools is a plus.
This position will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment with at least three days per week in the office, subject to change.
