Overview of role purpose & scope:
Business partnering for learning consultancy, L&D service delivery and deployments for field, sales, leadership and apprentice programs both for KONE personnel as well as subcontractors, for induction and for development.
Key responsibilities for this role:
Ownership:
Deploys FL Training Plans, provides L&D services and executes L&D plans with impact for both technical and non-technical competence development together as One P&C in the region/geography.
Ensures relevant learning offering and L&D operational excellence across the region/geography in sync with FL, Area and global L&D direction.
Challenges and consults on learning needs by broadening stakeholders’ views on what gets solved with training and what is something else.
Delivers selected trainings him/herself (sales, leadership) and ensures field trainers are deploying field learning solutions.
Manages and supports internal trainer networks across region/geography.
Focuses on field training discipline, data accuracy and KPIs transparency including improvement suggestions.
Supports in facilitating apprentice programs together with TA and business. Ownership of apprenticeship programs to be with P&C BP.
Manages subcontractor trainings for safety certificates and installation & maintenance method passports with best possible operational efficiency.
Contribute:
Supports managers in following through mandatory training reach e.g., compliance, safety etc.
Contributes to local LT development together with Unit P&C.
Facilitates and promotes learner centric learning culture, runs campaigns on region/geography.
Acts as a project manager for certain learning projects such as induction renewal.
Impacts Area and global L&D by explicitly articulating region/geography learning needs and offering feedback.
Key competencies and experience:
· Master’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, or related field
· Minimum 7 years of experience in learning and development, including designing, implementing and evaluating training programs.
· Proven facilitation, training and coaching skills
· Business understanding & business partnering skills to succeed with MDs, regional leaders and other stakeholders including data & KPI mgmt.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a multinational environment. Good intercultural awareness.
Level of decision making:
Decisions on local execution of learning programs, as part of the region/geography Training Plan
Optimal usage of the annual training investment within the region/geography Training Plan
