About the role
United Fleet Management is looking for a highly dependable, detail-oriented Compliance & Data Clerk to support our growing operations. This role is critical to keeping our documentation accurate, compliant, and on time. If you miss details, fall behind on tasks, or need constant direction, this job will not be a fit. Key Responsibilities:
- Verify legal and compliance documentation
- Process toll violations and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor and maintain vehicle insurance compliance
- Manage and update documents through DocuSign
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Handle trips to the DMV and post office as needed
- Keep records organized and up to date across systems
Pay: $20/hour+ (based on experience)
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of dependability and accountability
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable handling repetitive, process-driven tasks
- Basic computer skills and experience with data entry
