As a Platform and Technology Engineering team, we are committed to accelerating standard processes and delivering high-quality software to drive the growth and efficiency of SimCorp’s SaaS business.
Join our Platform - Engineering department and be part of our innovative software development teams, a strategically vital division responsible for delivering solutions to clients worldwide.
We are looking for an Engineering Manager with a genuine interest in people leadership and technology, ready to join our global organization that includes multiple leaders and 300+ engineers across the world, Copenhagen, Warsaw, Noida, Manila, and Mexico. This is an opportunity to work with modern technologies and play an essential role in how we build and operate our platform for our clients.
What you will be responsible for:
As an Engineering Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of engineers located in Manila, Copenhagen, Warsaw and Kyiv, in close collaboration with other Engineering Managers across multiple product areas.
- Contributing to team growth, including hiring and onboarding, with plans to expand the team further this year.
- Developing your team through mentorship, coaching, feedback, and clear goal-setting.
- Ensuring focus on sprint commitments and longer-term team development.
- Creating and maintaining a healthy, engaging, and psychologically safe working environment.
- Collaborating with fellow engineering leaders to drive cross-team initiatives and support knowledge sharing across locations.
- Ensuring engineering excellence within your area together with Tech Leads, including code quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
