Opened in 2008, Four Seasons Hotel Macao has become a coveted destination for both business and leisure travelers who seek exceptional and personalized services. Its numerous awards and satisfied customers attest to its excellence. In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel's room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. Situated at the heart of the Cotai Strip, the hotel provides an elegant oasis with elite entertainment, high-end shopping, world-class dining, and the indulgent pampering that defines Four Seasons.

About the role: 

The Splash Kitchen Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

 

What you will do 

  • Check and complete mise en place and pars and set up the stations, ensure an adequate supply of materials for the shift

  • Prepare and plate all items received from the computer system in a timely and accurate manner and communicate with cooks regarding timing

  • Properly break down the station by storing foods properly and carefully after labeling them, complete requisitions when needed

  • Follow all guidelines for timely food service to guests under Four Seasons Food Standards

  • Able to executive alternative cuisine

 

What you bring: 

  • Conversational skills of English and Cantonese or Mandarin languages related with their jobs

  • High school graduate and an apprenticeship, cooking school or culinary institute education

  • 3-4 years culinary experience
