Responsibilities:

Develop robust and cost-efficient processes for all new projects launched, achieving all cost, quality and capability targets considering VC standards Assure delivery of ProcE VC ProMaP deliverables:
- Process- and technical concept à Process Map
- Initial FMEA and required updates
- Prototype process and preparation
- Tool/Equipment specification and sourcing preparation
- Tool/equipment approval at supplier
- Series process freeze
- PTR/IRR
- Process confirmation
- Contribute to all ProMaP activities required by the actual workflow Drive innovation, automation and standardization in the region in alignment with global ProcE BU CV, the BU PDM targets and other BUs Participate in and contribute to Capex-Planning and manage investment budget

Qualifications:

Graduated from Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgical Engineering Faculty of Universities Min 10 years’ experience in production, project management and/or quality Project Management, VC ProMaP, TeamCenter, MS Project, Material Knowledge, Technical Drawing Knowledge, Tool Design and Manufacturing Knowledge, APQP/PPAP, PFMEA, SAP, MS Office, Knowledge about Quality Standards such as TS16949, ISO 14001, ISO 18001
