Job Summary
The Project Manager 1, Project Management oversees small projects and supports larger ones. They work with vendors and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Additionally, they keep other Project Managers updated on progress to ensure timely, cost-effective, and specification compliant completion.Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing projects under direct supervision to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications
- Employing formal methodologies and tools for resource, budget, risk, and change management
- Defining project scope and objectives to align with organizational goals
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, including vendors, to meet project milestones and deliverables
- Developing, maintaining, and managing comprehensive project documentation and plans
- Directing project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress against established parameters
- Facilitating communication with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and engagement
- Providing detailed status reports and escalating issues as needed to maintain project momentum
- Conducting project meetings to align team efforts and address any emerging challenges
- Assisting in the continuous improvement of project management practices and tools
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant project management experience in the Telecommunications industry with a focus on Broadband and Disconnect.
- Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written
- Comfortable with a hybrid setup, working onsite three days a week and remotely two days a week
- Able to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
