You will look after one or more strategic Vendors/3PLs. You will be responsible for coordinating the operational processes and the workflow of Amazon customer orders, as well as for the monitoring of several key performance indicators and constant communication with stakeholders.
As this role may involve visiting Vendor Flex sites to provide on-site support, the ability to drive may be required.

- Direct contact with representatives of our Vendors/3PLs, as well as with Amazon support functions of different teams including but not limited to WHS, Retail, Transportation, IT and Business Development.
- Own the monitoring of and progression towards key performance indicators in line with CF Flex’s overarching goals.
- CF Flex network support including, but not limited, to warehouse coverages, launches, closures, relocations and conversions as well as running continuous improvement initiatives and new projects.
A day in the life

We are always looking for ways to improve our processes, and you will be a key part of identifying and helping to execute these improvements. You will be knowledgeable in day-to-day business tasks of a Logistics Assistant but also act as a role model for Amazon, demonstrating commitment, reliability, health and safety best practice as well as presenting high quality in deliverables.
