This position reports to:

Field Service Team Leader

Your role and responsibilities

Execute Motor & Generator Service work according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines
Deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers
Performs Service tasks, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in Motor & Generator Service categories (installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, advanced services)
Creates and maintains a good relationship with customers and understands their needs
Coordinates, prepares and ensures that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities
Prepares all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative
Reports work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed
Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities
Reports unsafe practices and incidents

The work model for the role is: onsite

Qualifications for the role

University, vocational school or associate degree with electrical
At least 2 years of service technician experience in electrical industry
Basic knowledge of vibration and rotating equipment
Good command of English skills
Turkish language is must
MS Office skills is a must
Dynamic and enthusiastic profile with continuous-development mindset
Flexibility and quick adaption to frequent scheduling updates, Only on specific and pre-fixed schedule, availability to work during weekends and public holidays to provide 24/7 support, Up to 70% travel required
Current car driving license (type B)
