Technical Solution Specialist Upstream MENA (x|f|m)

We are looking for a Technical Solution Specialist Upstream MENA (x|f|m) at Sartorius in Saudi Arabia. This role assesses customer requirements, validates technical solution concepts, delivers technical training and provides application expertise through customer and distributor engagements to accelerate adoption of Sartorius technologies.

• Assess customer requirements through technical consultations, application discussions, presentations, trainings, trials and demonstrations to increase the volume of validated solution recommendations available for handover to authorized commercial channels
• Configure and validate technical solution concepts through application expertise, process knowledge and product-specific evaluations to accelerate adoption of Sartorius technologies within customer environments
• Provide technical guidance and application expertise during customer and distributor engagements through troubleshooting support, technical discussions and solution validation activities to strengthen confidence in Sartorius technical solutions
• Resolve application challenges through root-cause analysis, implementation support and coordination with internal technical experts to improve customer retention
• Document application findings, technical limitations and customer feedback through structured reporting and knowledge-sharing processes to improve responsiveness to emerging customer requirements and application trends
• Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to customers and channel partners through workshops, demonstrations and application support activities to accelerate independent use of Sartorius technologies

• Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in bioprocessing, application support, technical consulting or customer-facing scientific roles within life sciences
• Strong expertise in bioprocess manufacturing processes, application development and solution design
• Proven experience conducting technical consultations, trials, demonstrations and implementation support activities
• Strong capability to collaborate with distributors, commercial teams and technical experts in matrix environments
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technically viable solution recommendations
• Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic as required for regional engagement
