Job Responsibilities:
- $80,000 to $85,000/year
- Ability to work remotely
- Systems Integration experience (Preferred)
- Process end-to-end payroll using Ceridian Dayforce, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, provincial/state, and local regulations.
- Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, leaves, status changes, and compensation updates.
- Review and reconcile payroll data, earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
- Complete payroll audits and identify discrepancies, recommending and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit year-end reporting such as T4s, W-2s, ROEs, and other statutory filings as applicable.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Dayforce modules, including Payroll, Workforce Management, and Time & Attendance.
- Assist employees and managers with payroll-related questions and troubleshoot Dayforce issues.
- Support configuration updates, testing, and enhancements within Dayforce.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure smooth integration of payroll processes.
- Maintain strong knowledge of employment standards, payroll legislation, and internal policies.
