Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Vertriebsinnendienst - Defence

Ihre Aufgaben:

Selbständige administrative Projektbearbeitung vom Auftragseingang bis zur Auslieferung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Program Management und Unterstützung des Projektteams
Analyse und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in bestehenden Arbeitsabläufen sowie Implementierung von KI-gestützten Automatisierungslösungen zur Effizienzsteigerung
Sicherstellung und Einhaltung der Exportkontrollvorschriften, einschließlich Beantragung der erforderlichen Ausfuhrgenehmigungen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen Versand, Zoll, Materialwirtschaft und Finanzbuchhaltung sowie unseren ausländischen Schwestergesellschaften
Reparatur- und Bestellabwicklung

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst in einem produzierenden Unternehmen und sicherer Umgang mit internationalen Kunden und Lieferanten
Sicherer Umgang mit modernen digitalen Werkzeugen sowie die Fähigkeit, Potenziale für AI-Automation im Vertriebsumfeld zu identifizieren und in effiziente Workflows zu übersetzen
Angewandte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen, Export, Exportkontrolle, Außenwirtschaftsrecht und Auftragsabwicklung mit dem Ausland sind von Vorteil.
Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge und Geschäftsprozesse sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Sorgfalt
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
