Job Description
The Project Senior Specialist, Product Change role n Mondelēz organizational structure is responsible for project managing business change initiatives – for example product innovation, pack change, quality improvement, limited edition - from project initiation through to implementation & launch. This role is part of our Bakery category which gives you a unique chance to work with such brands as Oreo, Milka, 7Days, Tuc, Barni.
This role interfaces extensively with Consumer Marketing, Customer Development / Business Planning, Finance, RD&Q, Quality, Legal, Consumer Insights and all functions within Global Supply Chain (Procurement, Artwork Agency, Manufacturing and Customer Service and Logistics), to deliver projects within the specified time, cost and quality parameters.
Your responsibilities will include:
Project planning: facilitation of the definition of project scopes, goals, tasks and resource (people and cost) requirements;
Cross-functional project team management; identifying and engaging cross functional representatives forming a team to deliver the project brief
Monitoring project progress and provide corrective action if necessary.
Maintaining project documentation and reporting to communicate clear status of projects, key timings, issues & risks
Maintaining quality communication with all functions engaged in the project, including raising profile of projects through representation of projects at senior forums
Ensuring that suitable risk assessment and contingency planning takes place - to keep the project on track, accelerate or stop the project if the business need exists
Ensuring that project scopes and timing take into consideration minimizing waste (raw, pack write-offs) and unwanted complexity (utilizing existing asset platforms, SKU proliferation) to the business system
Ensuring correct Product Labeling Specifications (PLS) handling, Artwork process coordination and Co packing handling.
What you need to be successful:
Project Management experience and knowledge, preferably New Product Launches or Product Change
Working knowledge of the supply chain and basic supply chain principles is an advantage
Qualifications – degree level or equivalent, Project Management qualification an advantage
FMCG experience is a benefit
Ability to demonstrate strong meetings management, advanced facilitation and communication skills across a broad range of stakeholders
Strong initiative to problem solving and framing alternative solutions and driving delivery
Process oriented – ability to monitor, measure, report
Experience or eagerness to develop in team management will be a plus
