About the role

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Are you a passionate respiratory care expert ready to step beyond the traditional hospital ward?

As our new Clinical Specialist, you will be our healthcare spearhead out in the field. We know that patient-centered, Value-Based Healthcare (VBHC) is the future, and you will lead that charge. You will bridge the gap between clinical excellence and commercial growth—managing complex patient therapies, driving new treatments, and partnering with healthcare professionals across Denmark.

If you are ready to make a tangible difference in patients' homes while driving business innovation, we want you on our team.

What You Will Do

  • Drive Clinical Care: Hit the road as a mobile specialist, conducting home visits for patients on complex therapies (NIV, LTOT, High Flow). You will serve as the clinical guarantor for hospitals—advising on dosages, performing home measurements (Capnography/SAT/STOT), and ensuring impeccable safety and Pharmacovigilance reporting.

  • Lead Strategy & Development: Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to roll out new therapies and unlock new VBHC services, such as moving hospital check-ups directly into patients' homes. You will also collaborate with the VitalAire Nordic team to adapt business models and run clinical "real-life studies."

  • Empower Through Education: Train our oxygen instructors in anatomy and patient handling, conduct external teaching at pulmonary departments, and support customer service when things get busy to be a true "One VitalAire" team player.

How You Will Measure Your Impact

Rather than just tracking metrics, your KPIs represent real-world success:

  • Clinical: Hitting targets for meaningful home consultations and maintaining a 100% safety and compliance record.

  • Educational: Completing training sessions that elevate our internal team's clinical knowledge.

  • Strategic: Achieving milestones in launching new therapies, KOL networking, and successfully transitioning hospital check-ups to the home.

  • A proven track record of networking with hospital stakeholders and KOLs.

  • A commercial mindset with an interest in business development and project management.

  • Fluency in both Danish and English.

Who You Are:

  • Strategic yet Hands-On: You can effortlessly zoom out to plan business strategies and zoom in to deliver exceptional bedside care.

  • Inspiring & Organized: You are a tech-savvy communicator who loves guiding your team and managing priorities effectively.

  • Warm & Open-Minded: You value social connections and actively foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
