As the Area Manager, you’ll lead on‑site product performance for the ESCO product range. With a quality product behind you, you will build strong customer partnerships, and use your insights to drive smarter, safer, and more efficient mining operations.

You’ll identify growth opportunities across a diverse product portfolio, helping strengthen ESCO’s market presence while elevating the customer experience.

What you'll do

  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

  • Product Performance & Market Share: Monitor mining attachments and ground engaging tools on-site to maintain and grow market share through performance insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Business Development & Opportunity Capture: Identify, qualify, and secure new opportunities across various product families to expand ESCO’s footprint and revenue.

  • Customer Relationship & Technical Support: Build strong site-level relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and provide technical support, training, and reporting to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.


What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree or Trade Certification in Mechanical Field or equivalent technical experience will also be considered.

  • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the mining sector, with a solid understanding of surface mining extraction techniques and operational workflows.

  • Strong familiarity with mining products, mobile equipment, and Ground Engaging Tools (GET). Ability to interpret General Arrangement (GA) drawings and perform detailed equipment inspections.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), Salesforce CRM, and internal business systems used for inventory, reporting, and customer management.

  • Hold a current drivers license
