Get to know our team

The B2B Digital Marketing team sits within Agoda’s B2B Marketing organization and is responsible for delivering high‑quality, scalable marketing campaigns for our partners across B2B2C channels. We work closely with Commercial, Product, Data, and regional Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are efficiently executed, performance is clearly measured, and partners receive actionable, data‑driven recommendations that drive value for both Agoda and our partners.

Our mission is to balance operational excellence with growth impact — building repeatable, scalable frameworks that allow us to support dozens of partners at once, while still delivering insights tailored to each partner’s performance and business context.

The role

As Manager, B2B Digital Marketing, you will own the end‑to‑end marketing delivery for partner campaigns, manage a small team, and play a critical role in shaping how we operate and scale partner marketing. This role sits at the intersection of people management, analytics, process optimization, and value creation. You’ll ensure campaigns run smoothly and efficiently, while also continuously improving performance through insight‑driven recommendations, standardized frameworks, and better tools.

Campaign Delivery & Partner Marketing
  • Own the delivery of B2B partner marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring timely execution, high quality, and consistent standards.
  • Oversee campaign planning, setup, monitoring, and post‑campaign analysis.
  • Ensure partners receive clear insights on performance and actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
Process Management & Optimization
  • Design, improve, and document end‑to‑end marketing delivery processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and output quality.
