Who You Are and What You'll Do:  

Capnexusis seeking a Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Agile practices for our cloud-native application development project. The Scrum Master will work closely with senior technical leads, mid-level and junior developers, QA engineers, and the AWS Solution Architect to ensure smooth delivery of features, adherence to Agile principles, and continuous improvement of team performance. 

Responsibilities:  

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. 

• Serve as a coach and mentor to the development team on Agile principles and best practices.
