Job Description:

Scrum Master Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 10+ years of overall IT project delivery experience, including 5+ years in a Scrum Master role, who can drive Agile maturity across teams and the broader organization. This role requires a strong Agile practitioner who can eƯectively facilitate Scrum events, coach teams on Agile principles and practices, and partner with leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement, delivery excellence, and customer-centric value. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who can balance team-level execution with organizational coaching and Agile transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and their practical application
Support teams in improving delivery outcomes, predictability, and ways of working
Identify and remove impediments, helping teams effectively navigate blockers and dependencies
Partner with Product Owners to maintain well-structured, refined, and prioritized backlogs
Leverage Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and throughput to track progress and drive informed improvements
Drive Agile maturity across teams by promoting continuous improvement and outcome-focused practices
Identify systemic challenges and collaborate with leadership to address them
Facilitate workshops and support team-level and organizational improvement initiatives
Build strong cross-team collaboration and promote transparency among stakeholders Collaboration & Leadership
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to align on delivery goals
Influence without authority and enable effective cross-functional collaboration
Promote transparency, predictability, and delivery excellence
Support change management efforts and Agile transformation initiatives Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Agile roles (Scrum Master / Agile Coach)
Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and other Agile frameworks
Proven experience coaching teams and improving project delivery outcomes
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Preferred Qualifications
Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, ICP-ACC, or equivalent
Experience working in large-scale Agile or Safe environments
Experience leading Agile transformations or enterprise-level coaching initiatives Key Competencies
