- Ensure organisational readiness for EU HTA and Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA)
- Translate national value propositions into regional budget and implementation narratives
- Partner with Medical and Commercial leadership on value-related strategy and messaging
Stakeholder engagement & policy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with TLV, the NT Council, SKR and other national decision-makers
- Drive proactive, long-term engagement with authorities to increase predictability and trust
- Coordinate policy and system-shaping initiatives in line with company priorities and compliance requirements
- Ensure consistent external positioning and messaging across key stakeholders
- Represent the organisation in national forums and strategic discussions
Pipeline & strategic planning
- Shape early national access strategy for pipeline assets
- Drive early alignment on PICO, evidence requirements and value hypotheses
- Prepare the organisation for EU HTA implementation and evolving decision-making models
- Contribute to launch strategy and portfolio planning from an access perspective
- Act as a bridge between global pipeline strategy and Swedish access requirements
In this role, you will also

- Extensive experience in Market Access, Pricing, HTA, policy or a related field
- Strong understanding of Swedish pharmaceutical reimbursement and decision-making processes
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, internally and externally
