Deine neue Stelle bei SWISS KRONO AG:
• Durchführung allgemeiner administrativer Tätigkeiten
• Erstellung von Holzabrechnungen
• Bearbeitung und Kontrolle von Waagscheinen
• Pflege von Stammdaten
• Verantwortung für die Einhaltung und Betreuung der FSC- und PEFC-Zertifizierungen
• Schriftliche und telefonische Lieferantenbetreuung in Deutsch und Französisch
• Erstellung sowie Verwaltung von Lieferantenverträgen
• Überwachen der Holz- Herkunftsnachweise
• Ferienvertretung (ggf. 100% Pensum)
Das bringst du mit:
• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
• Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
• Erfahrungen mit SAP (von Vorteil)
• Exakte, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse (W/S)
• Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Disposition
