Partner with the best

As a Manufacturing Professional - Warehouse & Internal Logistics, you will be the focal point between the Warehouse/Inventory/Production Teams. You need to ensure we are aligned with production demands and changes. You will also oversee the day to day administration of task management within the department.

As a Manufacturing Professional - Warehouse & Internal Logistics, you will be responsible for:

·       Managing all the material receive, storage, distribution, packing, material transport, production associate job, etc.

·       Establishing/improving work flow and management system. According the ISO requirement process, accurately and on time complete the material stocking and operation.

·       Creating Shipment based on production and inventory situations. Managing and optimizing carriers to reduce transportation costs.

·       Contacting external freight forwarders and logistics companies, tracking and implementing the shipment, and solving related problems to ensure shipment.

·       Ensuring that all the KPIs match and exceed the dashboard level, and through the necessary activities to continuously improve.

·       Coordinating and communicating with other related departments. Leading team to complete the HSE goals.

 

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

·       Have a Bachelor from an accredited school.

·       Have at least 5 years' proven experience in a similar role and a good understanding of manufacturing processes.

·       Have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with situations where only limited procedures exist.

·       Have previous experience identifying and implementing process improvements.

·       Be a successful written and verbal communicator. Have the ability to influence others.

·       Able to communicate in English and be experienced in forklift operation.

·       Be able to demonstrate knowledge of SAP.
