Korean Bilingual Project Manager//TL//Holland, MI

Position Overview

We are seeking a Korean Bilingual Project Manager to support a manufacturing automation project involving equipment setup, commissioning, and production readiness.

This role will focus on project coordination, schedule management, and on-site execution, working closely with engineering teams, vendors, and clients across multiple locations.

This is a contract-based position (March 2026 – September 2026) with potential opportunities for future project assignments.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables across multiple sites

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, providing regular updates and addressing project-related inquiries

  • Coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution

  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues impacting schedule, performance, or delivery

  • Oversee equipment setup, installation, and commissioning activities
    Support troubleshooting and technical issue resolution with engineering teams

  • Act as the on-site project representative and communicate with Korean and English-speaking stakeholders

  • Prepare project reports and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

     

Qualifications

  • Korean and English bilingual proficiency required

  • Experience in Project Management (PM) within manufacturing, automation, or engineering environments

  • Strong educational background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or similar)

  • Strong understanding of project scheduling and coordination

  • Working knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment setup, or commissioning processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with automation systems, robotics, or industrial equipment

  • Hands-on experience with Equipment setup or installation, Manufacturing systems or industrial equipment

  • Experience working with multi-site or global teams
     

Additional Information

  • Travel required; travel expenses will be covered

  • Potential assignment to future projects (including Arkansas-based project)

  • Flexible schedule, including extended hours or weekends depending on project phase
