En TD SYNNEX, conectamos a los principales fabricantes de tecnología con socios y clientes a nivel global. El/la Ingeniero/a de Preventa en Ciberseguridad es responsable de brindar consultoría técnica durante el ciclo de preventa, apoyando el diseño, dimensionamiento y viabilidad de soluciones de seguridad informática, con énfasis en tecnologías como Fortinet.

Este rol colabora estrechamente con equipos comerciales, partners y directamente con el Vendor, para asegurar soluciones de ciberseguridad alineadas a las necesidades del negocio del cliente, los riesgos del entorno y los estándares técnicos de la organización.

Responsabilidades:

Proveer soporte técnico especializado en etapa de preventa de soluciones de ciberseguridad, principalmente basadas en tecnologías Fortinet.
Analizar requerimientos de seguridad y asesorar en el diseño de arquitecturas de protección para redes empresariales.
Apoyar a Account Managers y Product Managers en la calificación técnica de oportunidades de seguridad.
Diseñar, presentar y validar soluciones que incluyan NGFW, SD-WAN, WAF, SIEM, Secure Networking y Security Fabric.
Realizar demostraciones técnicas, pruebas de concepto (POC) y presentaciones a clientes y partners.
Contribuir a respuestas técnicas para RFP y RFI relacionadas con ciberseguridad.
Apoyar en la elaboración de BOM (Bill of Materials) para soluciones de seguridad.
Responsable de la transferencia de conocimiento técnico avanzado a clientes, partners y equipos internos.
Impartir capacitaciones y entrenamientos técnicos sobre soluciones Fortinet.
Mantenerse actualizado/a mediante entrenamientos, certificaciones y lanzamientos de nuevas tecnologías de ciberseguridad.

Experiencia y Conocimientos:

Licenciatura en Tecnologías de la Información, Ingeniería en Computación, Telecomunicaciones, o áreas afines-
2 a 4 años de experiencia en roles técnicos, preventa o soporte especializado en Redes y Ciberseguridad.
Conocimientos sólidos en seguridad de redes y ciberseguridad en entornos empresariales.
Experiencia o conocimiento técnico en Fortinet, incluyendo:
FortiGate (NGFW): políticas, VPN, SD-WAN.
Conocimientos o experiencia en soluciones de Seguridad perimetral y segmentación de red: Firewalls, SIEM, NAC, IPS, WAF, ATP, DLP, entre otras.
Conocimientos en networking aplicado a seguridad: Switching y routing, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN (IPSec / SSL).
Capacidad para apoyar procesos de preventa técnica (BOM, RFP/RFI, demos, POC).
Habilidad para comunicar conceptos técnicos de forma clara y efectiva. álisis, trabajo autónomo y orientación a resultados.
