The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable team is looking for a Financier to manage Intercompany activities and handle third‑party Accounts Receivable operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuous oversight of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable balances with Intercompany entities, ensuring timely resolution and prevention of aged items.

  • Processing and recording Intercompany payments through the netting process.

  • Offsetting payments received via netting.

  • Requesting funds from the Cash Pool.

  • Managing third‑party customer debt collection (including periodic reminders and analysis of Accounts Receivable aging reports).

  • Administration and allocation of incoming payments.

  • Monitoring customer orders on hold (including analysis of outstanding balances and credit indicators).

  • Establishing and maintaining appropriate customer credit limits.

  • Performing period‑end closing activities (including third‑party Accounts Receivable reconciliations, bank reconciliations, bad debt reserve calculations, Intercompany reconciliations, report uploads to Blackline, reclassifications, etc.).

  • Supporting audit requests.

  • Preparing periodic reports.

Keys to Success

Education

  • Higher education (preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management).

Experience

  • Experience in accounting.

  • Good financial knowledge and strong analytical skills.

  • Ability to gather, organize, and summarize data.

  • Experience in designing and improving processes.

  • Knowledge of the E1 business accounting system would be beneficial.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Similar work experience would be an advantage.

  • MS Office skills.

  • Good English language skills (B2).

  • Excellent communication skills.
