Staff Engineer - Algorithm Application Engineer

What You'll Do

• Analyze vehicle test and fleet data to assess the performance of existing algorithms and identify areas for refinement.
• Perform data extraction, pre-processing, and signal analysis using data from CAN logs, IMUs, wheel speed sensors, and other vehicle sources.
• Produce clear, data-driven reports summarizing trends, performance metrics, anomalies, and enhancement recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with global algorithm development teams to communicate findings and drive continuous improvement.
• Support bench-level and simulation-based testing to validate algorithm performance under various conditions.
• Maintain and update a structured repository of test results, platform-specific behavior, and system performance benchmarks.
