The work:
Workstream Leadership & Execution
- Lead and manage operational support for a large, multi‑site EHR deployment, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget parameters.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned workstream, facilitating planning, progress tracking, issue escalation, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate activities across technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership, and senior management to maintain integrated delivery and execution.
- Oversee deployment lifecycle activities including readiness assessments, cutover planning, command‑center support, and stabilization efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Communicate routinely with key stakeholders to provide updates, highlight challenges, and drive forward momentum on deliverables.
- Build and maintain trusted, productive relationships across client teams, vendor groups, and internal program partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of client workflows, processes, and organizational practices to ensure alignment of deployment activities.
- Prepare and contribute to high‑quality deliverables such as data analyses, slide decks, written summaries, and other materials used for decision‑making.
Operational Oversight & Quality/Safety Support
- Lead and support QSV Watch Officers during deployment and post‑go‑live phases.
- Document and escalate patient‑safety issues through established channels to support timely investigation and resolution.
- Coordinate triage activities, including events, forums, and incident management workflows, ensuring adherence to established processes and communication pathways.
What you need:
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Prior project management experience supporting complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
- 3+ of years of experience within clinical quality.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Healthcare IT or prior EHR system deployment activities.
- Demonstrated expertise within a relevant workstream domain (e.g., operations, training, technical readiness, clinical engagement).
- Familiarity with clinical workflows and healthcare operational environments.
- Experience working with clients or cultures aligned with military, service‑oriented, or mission‑driven organizations.
