Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager (ISV Vertical) to join our ever-evolving Sales / Business Development team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the ISV (Independent Software Vendor) vertical, driving SME revenue growth and expanding market presence in Malaysia.
Identify, onboard, and manage strategic ISV partnerships, creating scalable joint value propositions that enhance merchant adoption.
Lead business development initiatives by uncovering new revenue opportunities, supporting sales teams in pre- and post-sales engagements, and strengthening the pipeline.
Define and drive ISV-related product strategies in collaboration with product and technology teams, ensuring strong product-market fit.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to refine strategies and deliver data-driven insights to leadership.
What you’ll bring
9–10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or product management within the fintech or payments industry.
Proven experience working with ISVs, SaaS platforms, or SME-focused technology ecosystems.
Strong understanding of digital payments, API integrations, and software partnerships.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, strategic partnerships, and complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
It’s a bonus if you have
Experience building or managing ISV partner ecosystems in Southeast Asia.
Background in product strategy, commercialization, or solution design for SMEs.
Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong network within the local fintech, SaaS, or SME ecosystem in Malaysia.
