At Tri County Veterinary Clinic, we’re passionate about animals and dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care. We treat every pet like family and are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first smiling face our clients see and the helpful voice they hear.


Job Overview:

The Customer Service Representative is a key member of our team, responsible for creating a positive experience for both clients and their pets. You’ll support our veterinary staff by managing appointments, handling phone inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, welcoming reception area.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and triage client concerns
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes for appointments
  • Accurately maintain client records and update information
  • Process payments and handle billing inquiries
  • Communicate clearly with clients about services, procedures, and follow-up care
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

 

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service, receptionist, or veterinary/medical office setting preferred
  • Friendly, calm, and compassionate demeanor — especially during busy or emotional moments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills and comfort learning several software systems
