What You'll Be Doing
- Operate front-end loader to move, stockpile, and feed materials for hot mix asphalt production
- Load trucks accurately and efficiently while maintaining product quality standards
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas and traffic flow within the plant
- Communicate with plant personnel to support production targets and schedule demands
What Are We Looking For
- Proficiency in safely operating heavy equipment, particularly front-end loaders
- Strong awareness of safety practices in an industrial or construction environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing production needs
- Dependable attendance and commitment to teamwork and reliability
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and report equipment issues
Conditions of Employment

Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
